The International Association for Dialogue Analysis (IADA) will hold its next conference at the University of Bologna, Italy in October 2017.

The theme of the conference is

The Call for Papers is now out and IADA invites scholars to submit paper proposals. The association "welcomes emperical and methodological extended abstracts and full papers from different disciplinary perspectives that focus on dialogue and interaction as carriers of, and tools for culture, social organization, moral horizons, identities and change."

The conference is organized around the following subthemes, but papers on other topics are encouraged too:
  • Dialogue and Health
  • Dialogue, Justice and Social Change
  • Dialogue and Materiality
  • Dialogue and Organization
  • Dialogue, Socialization and Education
  • Dialogue, Text and Language
You can download the entire Call for Papers here or by visiting the conference website where there is also more information about the conference.
