| 28.10.2020 |At the General Meeting of the FILLM Committee held online on 26 July 2020, it was decided to amend the federations constitution.
More specifically, it was decided to establish constitutionally an Executive Working Group consisting of FILLM's incumbent President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary-General, Treasurer and Communications Officer. These posts are now known collectively as the federation's Executive Officers.
Aiming to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of FILLM, the amendment grants the Executive Working Group the authority to act and make decision on behalf of the FILLM Committee. However, the FILLM Committee retains the power to rescind or amend any decisions taken by the Executive Working Group.

The amendment came into effect on 26 October 2020.
